The strawberry Daquiri is one of the absolute classic slushie recipes. Rum
drinks do tend to work particularly well slushed, as the tropical flavours suit a
refreshing iced drink.
Per 12 litre
1200ml 1:1 Simple Syrup
1200ml Lime Juice
2400ml Strawberry Puree
1440ml rum *
6l water
