Chhattisgarh is a crucial state for CRPF due to
the problem of Naxalism in its dense forests and
difficult terrain. CRPF is the lead force here,
mainly deployed in districts like Sukma,
Dantewada, and Bastar. The force faces tough
challenges such as guerrilla attacks, IEDs, and
lack of infrastructure.

CRPF not only conducts counter-insurgency
operations but also protects civilians, secures
elections, and supports development through
civic action programs. Despite heavy sacrifices,
CRPF continues to fight bravely and work with
local communities to bring peace, stability, and
development in Chhattisgarh.
