5625 LADNER TRUNK ROAD | DELTA, BC

This BC Housing funded project is a re-development of Red Door’s 40 town
houses into 31 studios, 48 one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom, 24 three-bedroom

and 8 four-bedroom apartment units. The 150 units will be provided in a four-

story wood frame building over a raised concrete parkade on the 1.92 acre

site. A central courtyard will provide a protected play area and gathering space

for residents.

Budget 40 million
