LAUNDRY: There are hookups in your units and please note these

only take a smaller (24”) inch machine. When installing the door will

have to be removed and replaced. Please have a certified plumber

do the work and ensure you have renters insurance in place as re-

quired by your tenancy agreement. If there is a leak you will be re-

sponsible for the deductible (50,000.00) .

There is also a laundry room on the 1st floor. PLEASE SEE FLOOR

PLAN ON 3RD PAGE FOR LOCATION.

There are laundry cards for payment. The fob that you were given

will open the laundry door.

Please keep the room clean and clean out the lint trap after use.
