GARBAGE : MiCasa has a garbage room in the south side of the building off

the alley. The remote sensor you were given will open the door.

The garbage room has a single stream recycling bin so no more sorting. All

cans, glass and plastics can go in this bin.

There is a cardboard recycling bin for you guessed it cardboard.

There is a composter for Organics. This machine will take all organic materi-

al. We ask that you cut up large items like Watermelons and Pumpkins as

they will jam and break the machine. Plastic bags are also a problem. Using

this composter keeps the messy task manageable and we hope you will help

us keep it running. If it breaks down too often due to negligence we will

have to go back to totes. The machine will be available after a quick infor-

mation meeting once we have 50% capacity.

Finally there is a garbage container for everything else.

Please help us keep this room clean and if the bins are full please let us

know and come back another time. Do not leave things on the floor.
