CAMERAS: there are cameras in numerous places around and in the

building.

MAILBOXES: The mailboxes are located on the 1st floor to the right

after entry. The postal code is V5T 3Y1.

You were issued a key upon rent up. If you lose the key there will be a

charge to replace it.

FOBS/KEYS : The building is on a FOB system. Each tenant is issued one

FOB upon signing their tenancy agreement. If there is a need for a sec-

ond FOB there is a charge . These Fobs are used for all entry doors oth-

er than your unit. This includes the elevator which restricts access to

only your floor.
