RENTS: All rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late and NSF rent

has a charge of 40.00. If rent is not paid by the 1st you will be issued

a 10 day notice and if rent goes unpaid we will evict. If you have 3

Lates or NSF’s in a year it will be considered a breach and you will

be issued and eviction.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR RENT PAYMENT SERIOUSLY.

Rent can be paid by Auto withdrawal (the form is on our website) or

E-transfer to Accounting@reddoorhousing.ca.

We do not take cash.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS: If you find something doesn’t work in

your unit and its not an emergency please fill out a maintenance re-

quest on our website. If it is an emergency and during working

hours Monday to Friday please call the property manager or head

office but if its after hours or weekends please call the emergency

on call:
