Welcome to MiCasa
MiCasa was originally a 22 unit 3 story building built in 1986.
The building did not age well and the Board of Directors after
some consideration voted to redevelop the site.
The new MiCasa is a 51 unit 7 story Leeds building. The compo-
nents of a Leeds building are:
• Enhanced Building Envelope for thermal performance
• High Performance Windows
• Energy Efficient Lighting
• Auto Regulated Light Controls
• Demand Controlled Ventilation
• Low Exterior Lighting
• Energy Star Appliances
This short pamphlet will give you some important information
specific to MiCasa and for more general information on Red
Door Housing Society please refer to the tenants manual under
tenants—manuals.
