Dub Yoga Plus Classes
Mon. - Power Yoga • Thurs. - Restorative Yoga 6:30-7:30 p.m. • GT Municipal Center Park $10 per person • Pay at beginning of class Nurture your mind, body, and soul with Dub Yoga classes taught by husband and wife team, Leigh and Jacques, who
have been teaching yoga for almost ten years.
Monday classes are Power Yoga classes to help tone and sculpt the entire body with rapid results.
Thursday classes are Restorative or Gentle Flow Yoga, beginning with meditation, yoga posture and some funda- mental pranayama (breathing) exercises, and ending with a long savasana (resting pose). Restorative classes are to refresh and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Watercolor Painting Classes
Watercolor Techniques for Landscape
8-week class • Tuesdays • Sept. 21-Nov. 9
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon • Carlisle Social Hall
$110 GT resident or $125 non-resident Watercolor Techniques for Landscape is designed to introduce students to a variety of watercolor painting techniques. Watercolor painting techniques will be demonstrated at the be- ginning of each class. Students will be encouraged to practice the watercolor techniques before incorporating the demonstrated painting techniques into an original painting. This session is best for students with some experience painting in watercolor, but
beginners are welcome to attend.
The eight-week class meets on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Carlisle Social Hall on Poplar Street. Bring your painting supplies and reference drawings and photos to the rst class. A list
of painting supplies and recommended paints is available online at greentreeboro.com.
Class dates are: September 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, and November 2, 9. Register at the Green Tree Administrative Of ce.
GT Exercise Classes with Faye Rohm
Mon./Wed./Fri. • Sept. 13-Oct. 29 • 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Move into fall with a fun, fantastic exercise class taught by Green Tree resident Faye Rohm in the Green Tree Municipal Center Gym. Cost is $35 for the seven-week session (non-refundable). Register at the Green Tree Administrative Of ce by Friday, September 10. Class maximum is 30 people max, rst come, rst served.

Trick-or-Treating in Green Tree
Sun., October 31 • 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Green Tree Borough will celebrate Halloween Trick-or- Treating on Sunday, October 31st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Be sure to trick-or-treat in groups with ashlights and light-re ecting costumes, preferably with an adult. Put on a porch light if handing out treats. Happy Halloween!
