           In-Country Transportation
              - Group airport pick-up by IFSA staff and transport to housing

              - When necessary, local transportation to program-sponsored activities within Prague
              - Round-trip transportation for  out-of-town excursions will be arranged via private coach



           RECRUITMENT AND PRE-ARRIVAL ASSISTANCE
             -   A tool kit with emails, social posts, and more to drive awareness and interest on campus
             -   Access to the IFSA Custom Student Portal for students to complete required paperwork
             -   A dedicated program advisor to guide students through paperwork and the pre-arrival process
             -   A custom arrival guide
             -   Online pre-arrival information session(s)

           PROGRAM FEES AND DEADLINES

           Per student fees:
                  10-14 students and 1 faculty member:   $2,595
                  15-19 students and 1 faculty member:   $2,395
                  20+ students and 1 faculty member:   $2,295

           These fees are valid for programs starting by September 1, 2022. Fees for programs starting later will be available in July.
           Customizing this program may result in higher program fees.

           The minimum number of students to run this program is 10. For less than 10 students, program adjustments and/or a
           surcharge may be necessary.

           Payment Schedule and Deadlines
           Deadlines
                  Proposal Acceptance:                6 weeks after receiving proposal
                  Program Cancellation:               90 days prior to program start date
                  Roster:                             90 days prior to program start date
                  Invoice:                            60 days prior to program start date
                  Payment:                            30 days prior to program start date
           The complete participant roster, including full names  and valid passport information, must be submitted by the roster
           deadline to finalize housing assignments and reserve activities and site visits.

           Student Withdrawal and Refund Policy
                  Before Program Start Date:          Non recoverable expenses + $500 withdrawal fee per student
                  After Program Start Date:           Non recoverable expenses + $1,000 withdrawal fee per student

           If the program does not meet the minimum enrollment of 10 students, we will make every effort to continue the program. If
           we receive a cancellation request after the roster deadline, you will be required to reimburse IFSA for funds IFSA has paid or
           to which it has irrevocably committed on behalf of the program (e.g., hotel deposits, bus tickets, etc.).
