NEW CODE FOR SITE-
BUILT TINY HOUSES
The residential building code makes specific rules about
minimum sizes in site-built homes (which include tiny dwellings).
The new Appendix Q in the IRC 2018 code addresses ceiling
heights, fire egress and stairways in tiny homes.
