WEEK 2: PULSE PASTING ACTIVITY





                Pulses contribute to a major protein intake of


                our diet. Students of classes 1 and 2 brought a



                variety  of  pulses  and  did  an  image  filling


                activity  with them. Pulses provide protein


                and  fibred,  as  well  as  a  significant



                source  of  vitamins  and  minerals,  such


                as iron, zinc, folate, and magnesium, and                                                                                       Week -1



                consuming half a cup of beans or peas


                per  day  can  enhance  diet  quality  by
