Salads - Some healthy treats
“To eat is a necessity but to eat intelligently is an art”
Students of the Primary section imitated professional chefs
,daunting a chef’s cap and an apron to prepare healthy sprout
salads for themselves and their classmates. Children came to
know about the importance of eating healthy food and the fact
that it does not have to be boring to consume a healthy diet.
They prepared the yummiest salads and garnished them to make
them even more tempting. No more worries now for mom’s to
pressurize the children to adopt healthy habits. The activity and
the celebration focused on paying attention on the
importance of making informed food choices and
developing sound eating and physical activity habits.
