CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Today, the Division is involved in the manufacture and repair & overhaul of a wide range
of avionics equipment, including airborne radars, communication, navigation equipment and
on-board computers fitted on fixed and rotary wing platforms of Russian, Western and
Indian origin. In addition to catering the requirement of defence services, Division also
supplies avionics equipment to Civil and Export customers. . Indian Army, Indian Navy,
Indian Air Force and Coast Guard are the major customers for the products of Avionics
division. TTC facilitates the customer training for the products of Avionics division . Every
year on an average 17 customer care training programmes are conducted for the personnel of
Armed Forces, Civil and Foreign customers in TTC.
A Navy team comprising of 4 officers and 17 sailors has undergone training on AMBER,
RAM, VORILS and OAT probe of chetak helicopter from 27.01.2020 to 03.02.2020
