       Debbie Berans knows
       what it means to provide
       excellent service to her
       customers. She learned
as a young girl of 14 work-
       ing for the old Desmond’s
       Men’s Clothing Store, an
       establishment owned by
       her uncle. You would think
as a relative of the owner
       she would get special
       treatment, but the reverse
       was true. Her uncle ex-
       pected more from her and
       she always managed to
please him. His store was San Diego Woman

       tion to detail was required
       and each new employee
       was trained on how to
       properly answer the phone
       before they were hired.
       Debbie brings this same
       attention to detail and
       pride in customer service
to her jewelry store in Ran-

       Debbie’s parents left Pitts-
