Intune Company Portal

Follow the Intune Company Portal enrollment procedure below so you can receive Biogen email using the Outlook app and
download company apps on your mobile device.

1) Search for Intune in the App Store and tap Get > Install.

NOTE: You may be prompted to enter in your Apple ID credentials.
You can sign in using your existing Apple account or you may create a new Apple

ID.

2) Open the Company Portal App.

3) Enter in your full Biogen e-mail address.

4) Tap Next.

5) Enter in your Biogen Network Username and Network password.

6) Tap Sign In.

Note: You may need to provide extra verification using Okta

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Make sure you have your

MFA profile set up before enrolling in Intune.
