        Owners of Higher-Value Homes


        What makes a jumbo such a standout is how
        much more money it allows homeowners to
        access — up to $4 million on homes valued
        up to $10 million. That’s more than five times
        the equity that can be accessed with a
        traditional reverse mortgage or HECM.
        And, if you’re a condo owner, you can apply
        for a jumbo even if your condo is not FHA-
        approved.
