AAG provides all eligible employees with Basic Life and AD&D coverage, which includes Cigna Secure Travel
and Identity Theft Protection for you and your family. To confirm your benefit level please contact your Human
Resources Department.

VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE

Eligible Employees who want to supplement their Basic Life insurance benefits may purchase additional
coverage. When you enroll yourself and/or your dependents in this benefit, you pay the full cost through semi-
monthly payroll deductions.
