EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided in partnership with Cigna, offers no-cost, confidential
assistance for any issue that you or your family members may be faced with. You and your family members
may access services to better balance work and personal lives.
Whether you have a specific, short term or long term concern, a counselor is available to provide support, help
resolve problems, and make referrals to the right resources to assist with your unique situation.
The Employee Assistance program is strictly confidential and provided by AAG at no cost to you.

Your EAP benefits include:
» Unlimited telephone access to EAP professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week
» Telephone assistance and referrals
» Service for you and your eligible dependents
» Robust network of licensed and/or certified mental health professionals
» Three (3) face-to-face sessions with a counselor (per issue)
» One legal and one financial consultant (per issue)

» Will preparation
» Legal library and online forms
» Resources for Work / Life balance; Substance abuse; Dependent and Elder Care assistance and referral
