Leadership Team


                            Scott Hancock
                            Senior Vice President
                            As senior vice president, Scott Hancock drives BetterCare’s operations, marketing growth, retention strategies,
                            and sales performance delivery as part of the company’s bold vision to provide eligible Americans with highly
                            customized Medicare plans. Scott’s Medicare-based leadership ranges from sales, operations, marketing, and
                            product development to building brand awareness, member services, and enrollment. Previously, he was president
                            of a full-service life and Medicare-focused health agency, managing a multi-state agent force while handling all
                            negotiations of contractual agreements with insurance carriers. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics
                            from Texas A&M University and a master’s in business administration from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.



                            Andrew Shea
                            Senior Vice President of Insurance Marketing
                            As senior vice president of insurance marketing for BetterCare responsible for all the agency’s marketing efforts,
                            Andrew Shea draws on extensive experience and a record of world-class specialization in health-related products
                            and services for older Americans. Before joining BetterCare, he oversaw the nation’s largest direct-to-consumer
                            health insurance marketplace. He started his career in public affairs roles for the Missouri Department of Health
                            and Senior Services and the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. His unique public and private-sector
                            knowledge of the healthcare industry has made him a frequent interview source for many of the nation’s leading
                            media outlets.


                            Bridjit Campbell
                            Director of Operations
                            As director of operations, Bridjit Campbell oversees client services, quality assurance, carrier relations, office
                            and document management, website maintenance, and security administration. Additionally, she forms and
                            manages key relationships with health plan vendors to implement products that align with customer needs and
                            organizational goals. A hands-on executive, she has initiated and implemented personal concierge programs
                            to enhance all aspects of members’ user experience, from scheduling appointments and helping with claims
                            and billing to answering questions regarding prescriptions. With her unique understanding of the products,
                            processes, and people necessary to drive positive customer outcomes, Bridjit is an indispensable part of the
                            BetterCare team.



                            Kevin Blakeney
                            Senior Vice President of Sales
                            As BetterCare’s senior vice president of Sales, Kevin Blakeney leads a dynamic team of sales professionals
                            dedicated to helping Medicare-eligible customers find high-touch, high-value plans for all their healthcare
                            needs. Before joining BetterCare, Kevin served for four years at Coverance Insurance Solutions, where he
                            helped older Americans obtain affordable, high-quality Medicare coverage. Previously, he was a sales leader
                            with American Advisor Group (AAG), the nation’s leading reverse mortgage company. Kevin’s combined
                            expertise and experience serving the health and financial needs of older Americans makes him the perfect
                            leader to spearhead BetterCare’s Medicare outreach efforts.



                            Tana Kersten
                            Field Sales Manager
                            As field sales manager for BetterCare, Tana Kersten draws on her vast Medicare experience and Medicare
                            Advantage product background, in particular, to drive customer growth. She has trained and supported more than
                            700 external field agents while also managing both inside tele-sales and agent support staffs. Tana is equally at
                            home creating innovative sales, marketing, and educational collateral to build a greater appreciation of Medicare
                            and the many benefits it offers. Tana also has a natural affinity for developing and fostering myriad community
                            engagement activities that help older Americans better understand their full range of Medicare benefits.
