Brianne is the founder of Watters and Gomes, a team of highly motivated real estate
consultants who are based out of Keller Williams in Sacramento, California.
With over 2 decades of successful real estate background, Brianne's ability to powerfully
negotiate on behalf of her clients is unprecedented. Originally from El Dorado Hills, Brianne
has lived in the greater Sacramento area for nearly 25 years.
Brianne knows how complex every aspect of the real estate industry is, and knows how
important it is to have a knowledgeable real estate agent. Her team aspires to have a
simplified streamlining process, to make sure our clients have the absolute best experience
and fun! Watters and Gomes is advancing the local real estate industry with their innovative
and fresh marketing strategies, proactive presence in the community, and service based
mentality for each of their clients.
In addition to real estate, Brianne has a true passion and enthusiasm for coaching and
mentoring fellow agents. When Brianne isn't selling real estate, she enjoys: traveling, horse
back riding, camping and snuggling with her English Bulldog Bossy and her husband Travis.

Travis brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to his career as a Realtor. He
started in the real estate world with a top construction company, and quickly fell in love with
residential real estate. Travis was raised with the old school principles of honesty, hard work,
and a trustworthy handshake. With his extensive experience in preparing homes to hit the
market, as well as a keen eye for what attracts buyers, Travis stepped away from the
construction world, and teamed up with his wife Brianne, to create Watters and Gomes Real
Estate Team.

When he's not with clients, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife Brianne and their English
bulldog Bossy. He loves his family, and if you are a client of Travis, you are family too! He enjoys
all northern California has to offer by being outside, camping and traveling.
