OQHAD AWARD ELIGIBILITY FOR SUMMER CLASSIC AWARDS
1. The individual must be a member of both OQHA and the Amateur Division by April 1st of the current year.
2. The Summer Classic amateur and horse combination must have attended and shown to a min- imum of six (6) judges of OQHA approved shows within the State of Oregon and January 1 of current year to the start of the current year Summer Classic.
3. The amateur must complete two (2) hours of voluntary assistance to the OQHAD or OQHA before the start of the current year Summer Classic.
You must show in at least two (2) categories to win. The Amateur award goes to the highest score achieved in all Amateur classes under all 8 judges. The Novice Amateur award goes to the high- est score in all novice classes under all 8 judges. The Select award goes to the highest score in all Select classes and Amateur halter under all 8 judges. Halter not required to win these awards but points will count.
CIRCUIT ALL-AROUND OREGON BRED HORSE: All-Around Oregon Bred Open, Amateur & Youth horse award will be awarded according to the current AQHA Handbook, rule #SHW803. A horse must compete in the either Open, Amateur or Youth divisions in at least three AQHA approved events in three or more categories, all eight AQHA shows. Must show in halter all eight shows to be eligible for award. Oregon bred application must be approved by the Oregon Bred Chairperson prior to the start of the show.

ENTRIES ARE DUE JUNE 10, 2017. ALL HORSES ENTERING AFTER
JUNE 10, 2017 WILL PAY A POST ENTRY FEE OF $50.00.
RV PROCEDURES: RV spaces must be prepaid by June 1, 2017. A one time $25.00 RV office fee will be charged. The RV spaces will be assigned by the show management. Upon your arrival at the Oregon Summer Classic, you will be given an RV pass. The pass must be displayed in your window at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PRE-ENTRIES: To comply with the entry process, all exhibitors must send their completed entry forms to the show secretary by June 10, 2017. Copies of the horse registration papers and all membership cards must be included. If pre-entry information (registration papers, all membership cards (NSBA & AQHA) & entry form is not received by the deadline date, a one-time post entry fee of $50.00 per horse will be charged. Pre-entries may be done online at: showofficeservices.com/oregonqha or faxed to 503-660-1080 or 503-272-7801. Entries faxed after June 10, 2017 fax to: 503-272-7801.
ADDS & SCRATCHES: All adds and scratches must be made by filling out the proper form pro- vided in the show office. When scratching classes it must be done in the OFFICE. Scratches not turned into the office will be charged for the class.
