     What is Grant Deed?
                        Grant Deed is a document used for transfer property TITLE from a seller
                            (also known as a 'grantor') to a buyer (also known as the 'grantee').
                                        It is a written evidence that you actually own your property.
                     A grant deed contains:
                            1.      The name of the person or entity transferring the property ( the grantor – Seller )
                            2.      The legal description of the property being transferred (i.e., lot number, tract
                                   number,   book & page number, city, county, and state)
                            3.      The name of the person or entity that the property is being transferred to
                                    ( the grantee – Buyer ),
                            4      The signature of the person conveying title ( Seller ).
