     A legal description is the geographical description of real estate that
                      identifies its precise location, boundaries of ownership. It kept with
                      the deed and filed with the county clerk or county tax assessor.
                       3 different types of Methods are:
                      Subdivision (Lot and Block) : Requires plat maps to be lodged with the county
                                                                               public records
                      Metes and bounds : Distance & Direction (North, South, East, and West).
                      Governments Lands Surveys : The rectangular land survey system was adopted
                                                                               by the federal government in 1785
