Flipping a pentomino piece
Let’s learn about figures made from flipping pentominoes to the left, right,
up, and down.
Material: 1 Pentomino set
1 Prepare one pentomino set.
2 Select one pentomino piece and flip it to the left, right, up, and down.
Example
3 Change the pentomino pieces and repeat the steps several times to
observe how they look.
4 Select one pentomino piece and draw it in the middle grid on the next
page. Then draw each figure when flipping the selected piece to the left,
right, up, and down.
