the selected cards.

1 Prepare fifty-six number cards.
2 Shuffle the number cards facedown.
3 Select one number card and add it to the previous number. Repeat
selecting the cards and adding numbers until you have a result of 27 or
greater. Record the numbers on the selected cards and the sums in order.
