Find the greatest 7-digit happy number that meets the conditions
below. (The happy number is made up of seven natural digits.)
Conditions
The sum of all seven digits is 30.
A digit cannot be used more than once.
The digit in the center is the lucky digit 7.
The greatest digit among the seven digits comes first.
The 6th digit from the left is 3 times greater than the last digit.
The 5th digit is equal to the difference between the 3rd and 4th digits.
