Type 8-2 Joining Different Shapes
There are two pieces of origami paper. One of these squares is cut in
half to form two isosceles right triangles. Draw all triangles and
quadrilaterals that can be formed by joining these three shapes. (If one
shape matches another after being flipped or rotated, the two shapes
are considered to be the same.)
1 Draw a shape that is formed by joining a square and an isosceles right
triangle.
2 Draw a triangle that is formed by joining the shape drawn in 1 and
another isosceles right triangle.
3 Draw all quadrilaterals that can be formed by joining the shape drawn
in 1 and another isosceles right triangle.
