will choose dates and locations for these events, which will feature hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and camaraderie.
These gatherings provide FDCC members a fun and convenient opportunity to see one another in person after many years of remote work, Zoom court hearings and depositions, and practicing law by electronic means. Several of these gatherings took place over the last year in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Phoenix, Dallas, New Orleans, Seattle, Philadelphia,
Houston, Boston, Miami, Atlanta, Denver, Cleveland, Birmingham, Portland and Providence. Members attending these meetings are encouraged to bring along colleagues and friends who they believe could qualify as potential FDCC members. It is hoped that these individuals by meeting FDCC members and experiencing what it means to be part of the Federation will seek to join our organization.
The first of this season’s gatherings recently took place in San Francisco, California. Other Fed MEETS social gatherings are being planned for New York City, Chicago, Illinois, and St. Louis, Missouri. FDCC will host meetings in other metropolitan areas where FDCC members are present.
Please watch the weekly “Friday Five’s” newsletter for further details and RSVP’s for events in your area. Please come and join the fun. The FDCC is all about building networks and friendships. Please reach out to Dan McGrath if you are interested in planning and hosting such an event in your city.

are planning smaller networking events across the country to help keep members engaged between our larger gatherings such as
the Winter Meeting and Annual Meeting. These informal social gatherings are being organized so that FDCC members new and old can meet one another in person, reconnect as we continue to exit the pandemic and return to practicing in the office, and enjoy each other’s company and FDCC fellowship. The theme of these social gatherings is “The First Round is on the FDCC!” Chairpersons in participating cities
