Membership
Our ranks of vetted Defense & Corporate Counsel and Industry Professional Members continue to grow. The Admissions Committee, under the able leadership of FDCC Defense Counsel Stacy Broman, has been doing a fabulous job of processing new nominations from our members of those seeking to become part of the Federation Family.
The Membership Recruitment Committee has been engaged
in identifying those within our industry who meet the strict membership requirements and would further deepen the bench strength of the organization.
They have already surpassed the number of nominations submitted at the same time last year with a total of 148 individuals now going through the vetting process. With thanks to Chair Marisa Trasatti, the Committee is quickly closing in on its goal of 200 nominations for the year, which we firmly believe will be substantially surpassed. While it is important to the sustainability of the Federation to grow the number of members, the focus is actually on becoming better so that our reputable brand in the industry can continue to flourish.
To all of you who renewed your dues for the coming year, thank you for helping to keep the Federation ahead of plan so that we can further improve our member benefits, programs and services. If you know of a friend, colleague or client

An opportunity to share fellowship with friends and colleagues, learn from leaders of our industry, and to experience it all with our immediate and “extended” family.

The 2021 Annual Meeting. The article in this magazine of the Annual Meeting at The Greenbrier in White Sulpher Springs, WV summarizes just a few of the exceptional aspects of the various sessions that Program Chair Casey Stansbury put together. Convention Chairs Jennifer & Gary Johnsen worked tirelessly to budget, organize and execute probably one of the best conventions the FDCC has been able to have, especially under the circumstances of the pandemic. Together with the warm welcome organized by Defense Counsel Member and Registration
