headquarters of Veritext Court Reporting in Philadelphia, PA and is being organized by FDCC Defense Counsel Jimmy Wilkins and his Committee Members. The event

The 2022 Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in stunning Seattle, WA. We’ve had the opportunity to make a number of site visits to the city and can attest to the many incredible opportunities you will be able to enjoy, in conjunction with the memorable on-site and offsite activities being arranged by Convention Chair Heidi Goebel. Together with the relevant plenary and Substantive Law Section sessions organized by Program Chair, Amy Miletich, this will be a meeting not to be missed.
The city underwent a number
of challenges during the past
year which we all witnessed on television. However, with the election of a new mayor, and an effort by its citizens and businesses to enhance and embrace the dynamic environment and assets of the city, Seattle has re-emerged and truly affords unlimited possibilities to see the sites and experience its full splendor in

been recorded, with more taking place on a weekly basis. The programs will be available on Apple iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher or wherever you get your podcasts. You’ll hear some familiar voices and also
some that you have not yet met but will be enriched by their stories, experiences and recommendations to enhance your practice and life from both the professional and personal perspectives.
The effort grew out of an idea FDCC President Bob Christie had for another way in which to connect with our members and further engage us all in ways to share the experiences of members and other industry thought leaders in short segments for your listening pleasure wherever you are and whenever you may wish to enjoy them. FDCC Defense Counsel Frank Ramos and Kile Turner are spearheading the effort. Everything from “Mondays with Mills” Gallivan, interviews with members with unique backgrounds and experiences, a Trial Master series and even to episodes of “Weekends with Bernie.” We
