the Board, the State Representatives, and substantive committee chairs for catapulting us to 202 nominations by March 2022! This team is focused on recruiting talented and diverse members

• Note that dues go to half price on April 1!

to enhance our goals and strengthen the Federation legacy. As leaders of this great organization, we must develop our succession plans by recruiting others!
Not only have we exceeded recruitment goals this year, but our recruitment diversity is also off the charts! Diverse demographics result in bigger and better ideas – and those ideas played out in spades at our recent Winter Meeting in Palm Desert. Diversity is the building block for growth and integral to FDCC’s future.

Industry Members: To be eligible for election to Industry Membership, an individual must:
◆ Have responsibility for and/or devote a substantial amount of professional time to the administration and defense of civil litigation within or outside the United States and have responsibilities that are at least regional within a country in which his or her business entity or insurance company does business and
◆ Be of high professional standing and good moral character
Corporate Counsel Members: To be eligible for election to Corporate Counsel Membership, an individual must:
◆ Be a member of the bar and admitted to practice; and
◆ Have responsibility for and/or devote a substantial amount of professional time to the administration and defense of civil litigation within or outside the United States and have responsibilities that are at least regional within a country in which his or her employer does business; and
◆ Be of high professional standing and good moral character
◆ The Admissions Committee Chair advised that the requirement to having a local nominee
is just for defense counsel. It was noted that
it is preferred for corporate counsel, but not required.
