Defense Counsel Members: To be eligible for election to Defense Counsel Membership, an individual must:
Be actively engaged in the private practice of law in the United States and admitted to practice for at least eight (8) years; and
Devote a substantial amount of his or her professional time to the representation of individuals, partnerships, corporations, or associations in the defense of civil litigation; and
Be of high professional standing and good moral character
