through its participation in cases around the country.
Our Corporate Counsel and Insurance Industry Institute (I-3) Committees have successfully pivoted to the remote environment when unable to proceed with
our in-person format due to
COVID restrictions. Despite the challenge of these transitions,
the quality of our programs was
not compromised. FedLife and FedServes have provided much needed assistance to our members and to the communities in which we live and work. The resources and programming provided by both of these committees will continue to enhance our brand, and benefit all of us for years to come. Of course, our Evolve and Insurance Coverage Training Academy continue to provide learning opportunities to enhance the skills of our members
I wish to convey my thanks to all of our members. Tricia and I have been honored to serve you, and we are most grateful for all the opportunities the Federation has bestowed on us.
and our member firms and companies.
Finally, as we emerge from
COVID, there has never been a more urgent need for the work
of our FedCivility Committee.
We must stay above the fray and perform as true professionals,
even when others in the profession fail to meet that standard. All our activity is dedicated to maximize the value proposition for our members. Engagement is the key to
Federation success and the return on investment for each member.
And finally, as I was reminded during a recent FDCC officer call, my time as an officer is coming to an end. As I write this, my
final submission to the Flyer as a Federation officer, I wish to convey my thanks to all of our members. Tricia and I have been honored
to serve you, and we are most grateful for all the opportunities the Federation has bestowed on us. We look forward to seeing all of you in Seattle.
