Dale Pugh is a graduate of the U.S. Naval

Academy and a former Major in the U.S. Marine
Corps where he was the Marine Corps’ first

computer logistics officer and a military aide at
the White House. He has earned Masters degrees

in Forensic Science and Strategic Intelligence as
well as a law degree. He served as a Soviet

Counter-Intelligence Officer for the FBI and

helped win the Cold War (you’re welcome). He

was the Director of Security for PepsiCo and
Quizno’s Subs as well as a professor at the U.S. Air

Force Academy, Regis College, the Aurora
Community College, Parks College, and the
University of Denver. He has been a Deputy District

Attorney, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney and
infrequent criminal defense attorney having

conducted 191 jury trials with 3 more scheduled.
Dale has been a private investigator since 2016
DALE working exclusively for law firms. He is also a

charter member of the Association of Certified

PUGH Fraud Examiners.
