• Prosecution did extremely good job of proving the information
entered into the Medicaid Payment System was False (Fraud)
• Prosecution did extremely good job proving that defendant
entered the fraudulent information into the Medicaid Payment
System
• Prosecution easily proved Medicaid payments went into dental
office accounts for which only the defendant had access
• Prosecution Ended Inquiry
