• Office manager created salary payment information for herself and her two sisters
who worked in the office

• Office manager “embezzled” money from the office by submitting fraudulent
salary payment information

• Office manager falsified the Medicaid Payment forms which she gave to
defendant to input into the Medicaid Payment System

• I told defendant he was innocent (which he already knew)

• Defendant fired attorney and hired me to defend him in court

•10 day trial in October-November 2020 during Covid

•Jury spread out in the gallery

•Everyone inside a plexiglass box

•No standing, all documents posted on video

•Everyone wearing masks including witnesses who
wear plexiglass shield so we can see their face
