• 14CFR Part 107 is the default set of rules.

14CFR PART 107 SUMMARY

• Drone must be registered and under 55lbs.
• Must maintain VLOS (Visual Line Of Sight).

• No flights over people*.
• Yield right-of-way to manned aviation.

• 400’ AGL unless you’re in within 400’ of a structure.
• Weather minimums.
• You must ask permission before you fly in Controlled Airspace.

• Night Op must have 3 Statute Mile strobes.
• Must take a recurrent test every 24 months.
