u Full tank of gas prior to starting every day of surveillance
u Clean windows prior to starting surveillance
u Be sure the time on all cameras are synchronized
u For multi-investigator surveillance this is extremely important
u SCHEDULE ONLY ONE CASE PER DAY

Surveillance position
u Considerations to determine the best starting surveillance position:
u A) Layout of neighborhood
u B) Objective of the surveillance:
u Serve papers on a subject
u Observe somebody at the residence without following anybody
u Short term surveillance such as determining a place of employment
u Long term and continuous or periodic surveillance
u Once you pick a surveillance position, try to keep that location throughout
the case
