Among the activities they can complete are visits to museums, hiking, and even photography.
Gauvreau said, “They don’t have to complete the whole card, just a minimum of five squares. For each square they cross off on the card, they’ll get a ticket for
a raffle and also get additional tickets for each special event they attend this summer.”
Prizes in the raffle will in- clude tickets to a Fisher Cats baseball game, tickets to Smitty’s Cinema in Tilton, a pass for two to Lost River Gorge in Wood- stock, and a gift card to Peek A Bowl restaurant in Plymouth.

gram will also include a number of special events from July until mid-August. Gauvreau said a Family Movie Night will kick off the start of the “All Together Now” program on July 3 at 4 p.m. with the Disney film, “Moana.” At 6 p.m. on July 20, a concert, storytime, and tea for readers and their families will be held at the Plymouth Senior Center, then at
2 p.m. on Aug. 2, the funfilled Robert Rivest Comedy show will take place back at the library.
In keeping with the 2023 theme, Gauvreau and the staff at Pease Library will also be bringing members of the com- munity in for special events with the elementary-aged chil- dren and all else who would like to attend. First up will be Stories with Seniors at 9 a.m. on July 13, then Squam Lakes Science Center will drop in at 3 p.m. on July 26 to present their program, “Be an Earth Hero.” On Monday, July 31, Plymouth Fire Department will arrive at the library for another special storytime, and on Aug. 3, a final fun reading event will take place at 11 a.m. aboard the Common Man Trolley.
The following day youngsters are invited to join the library staff for a Teddy Bear Picnic at 1 p.m., where they can also come prepared to spend the night with their favorite cuddly stuffed animal for a fun-filled “Stuffy Sleepover” at the library.
For the older group also, there
are also some fun events lined up. Besides their bingo card reading/activities challenge, they are invited to come watch “High School Musical” on Teen Movie Night at 5:30 on July 11, be challenged by Trivia Night at 5 p.m. on July 17, take part in a delicious Salsa Making session at 3:30 p.m. July 28, and finally, at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 8, they can join in a Jewelry Making Extrav- aganza event.
Gauvreau wanted teens to know that anyone 13 and older can also join their Teen Ad- visory Council of Stars, also known as the “TAC(os).” The group meets once a month at 5 p.m. on Mondays when they plan events at the library, deco- rate the Young Adult area, and spend some fun social time to- gether with new friends and old. Snacks are also provided.
Pamphlets providing more in- formation about the “All Together Now” summer reading program are available at the library or at their website, www.peasepubli- clibrary.org, where registration forms are also available.
