The definition for abundance is; over flowing fullness. Nice, right? To feel that over flowing fullness, you have to
have the right perspective. I could just say to remember that someone else always has it worse than you, but there
are other ways. Having a specific space for gratitude in your life certainly helps. I’ve discovered the more you
incorporate the practice of gratitude, the more you find to be grateful for. It’s like magic, it just keeps duplicating
itself.

As your gratitude for what you have grows, abundance becomes apparent. But there’s another way to recognize
your abundance that you might not have thought of. It’s being hyper sensitive and aware of what happens to you in
your daily life. Have you recently opened up to someone, without planning to only to discover they were the perfect
outlet for your emotions?

Don’t take that for granted. Was someone unexpectedly kind to you? Take that gift with you throughout your day.
Did you make a decision that worked out well for you? Celebrate with a, “Yea You!”
Don’t let life pass you by. It is easy to do in this multi-tasking, busy life we all live.
Here are three tips so that you too can feel what it’s like to live in abundance.

1. Have a broad perspective. Don’t get stuck in one moment in time.
2. Kick up your gratitude practice by keeping a journal, making a nightly list or make a sign that says Be Grateful.
3. Be more aware of how you travel through a day and what comes into your life.

Most of us are running on high gear, and lots of what happens in our daily lives is a blur. Pause and notice more.
Remember the choice of how you see life is yours. Use it wisely.
