Your residents and families will be happier in an enhanced dining environment. Repeat your resident and family satisfaction surveys often in the dining process to document your progress in increasing satisfaction.
Publicize your improvements in satisfaction. This will help everyone understand the vision and the efforts that are going into it. You will excite staff, residents, and families and as their pride in the dining efforts grows, so will their involvement.
