WhaT do i WanT for mom and dad?
Think about one of your parents, grandparents or an elder whom you love and cherish. What do you want for them if they should become frail and in need of nursing home care? Pretend that you found an ideal little nursing home that you didn’t know about before in a nearby town. Describe what this ideal place would be like in the space below. After spending a few minutes making notes, go around the circle so that everyone shares his or her ideal.
Then discuss: How much of the ideal do we have happening in our organization(s)? How much work do we still have to do to create the place you want for your mom and dad?
