One that will honor our elders by transforming the world of long-term care from an institutional hierarchy to a home that is designed by the elders themselves. There are those who will resist the change, but the truth of today and emerging realities provide a strong current for progress.
This book will help you get the winds of change blowing and map out what your change journey may look like. The techniques and concepts introduced in this book are the framework for organization-wide change. It can be used for self-study or as a trainer guide for training within an organization or of a group of individuals looking to start change in their own, various organizations. For self-study, simply do the group activities as think pieces, or find a couple of friends for discussion at different points in the workbook. To use as a trainer guide, feel free to photocopy the handout pages for each participant.
