It is now time to put the learning into action. If the group is made up of folks from the same organization, form smaller groups of about three people who either have diverse roles in the organization, or if you are near Households, those who work in the same household. If the group consists of people from different organizations, it may be best for them to work on this exercise as individuals.
Using the Matrix as a guide and the tools presented in this workbook, plot your own journey to the best of your ability barring unforeseen variables. Plan goals for each stage and list tools you will use to accomplish these goals. Continue to apply Bump’s Law along the way keeping “home for elders” as your driving force in all you do.
