Help Staff Get to Know Each Other
Living and working together closely in a household will naturally allow folks to get know each other, but still, an effort must
be made. While we know it is important
for staff to get to know residents, it is also important that they know each other so that they can form a more cohesive team and add to the atmosphere of daily home life. From personality traits to talents and interests, information learned about other staff members can help you engage each other in working together for the benefit of the residents. Not to mention, a close-knit team makes for a more pleasant work environment.
