Care Conferences Can Bring Out the Best Ideas
Care conferences are the best time to brainstorm ideas regarding individual residents. Many team players and sometimes family members, or even better, residents themselves, are present. Figure things out, be creative and get to know the residents more intimately so you can serve them better. Let everyone have a stab at ideas to enhance the person’s life. Everyone has an opinion and ideas.
