Individual Birthday Celebrations
The Household Model enables birthday celebrations to be more personal. However, if the very same kind of birthday celebration is presented to each householder, it can become as routine and impersonal as they did in the traditional, institutional way. We don’t all celebrate our birthday the same way. Birthdays present great opportunities to discover what
is meaningful to individual residents and staff members.
