Household Team Can Be Household Family
As the household team bonds with the
each other over common goals and accomplishments, the household atmosphere can help create a sense of family with the residents, but also amongst team members. Team members not only support and care for the residents, but also each other making for a nicer, more fulfilling work environment. There are days when we spend more time with the people we work with than our own families, so the friendship and camaraderie we share with team members really affects our quality of life.
