Team Cohesion = Household Cohesion
When the household staff is really able to work as a unit, it brings a normalcy and comfort to the household. Everyone is working towards the same goal together instead of doing their piece independently or working toward their own goals without regard for the rest of the team. It changes the atmosphere, but it also helps to forge household identity and the
way of life that is normal for that particular household.
